Information We Collect

We collect account registration data, profile data, content you create, live stream and video activity, chat messages, comments, support communications, and transaction records needed to operate Weedit&Reap.

We also collect usage, device, browser, log, and preference information needed for security, session management, product operation, compliance, and support.

Age Assurance

Weedit&Reap is for adults 21 and older. We record an age-eligibility result, the assurance method, a policy version, and timestamps needed to operate the 21+ gate. We do not store a date of birth, government ID, biometric data, raw platform age-range response, or a provider session identifier in the age-assurance record.

When available, a platform may provide an age signal under its own privacy practices. We do not use age-assurance data for advertising profiles. A high-assurance identity verification may be offered only when separately enabled and is governed by its own notice.

Payments

Web payments may be processed by Stripe. iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not store raw card numbers. We keep wallet, purchase, refund, dispute, Creator Pass, payout, and ledger records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support, and compliance.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the platform, verify age, process purchases, reconcile wallet balances, operate streams and creator tools, personalize the experience, investigate reports, enforce rules, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

User-submitted text and content metadata may be evaluated by automated safety rules before publication. When a rule matches, we may retain a content hash, limited excerpt, policy category, rule identifier, decision, and related account or content identifiers in an admin-only review record.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, including hosting, payment, age-assurance methods, storage, email, support, and security providers. Public profile and creator information may be visible to other users as part of the service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account from the app or from our Account & Data Deletion page. Some records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, chargebacks, safety, moderation, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Automated moderation evidence is limited and assigned a retention date. It may be retained longer when needed for an active safety investigation, legal obligation, or dispute.
