Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use Weedit&Reap. You must complete required age verification before accessing streams, chat, gifts, Creator Passes, uploads, and other account-backed features.

No Cannabis Marketplace

Weedit&Reap is not a marketplace. You may not buy, sell, trade, arrange, ship, deliver, solicit, or facilitate cannabis, cannabis products, controlled substances, illegal goods, or prohibited transactions through the platform.

You may not use chat, comments, profiles, streams, videos, links, coded language, or external-contact prompts to arrange prohibited transactions.

Content and Conduct

Do not post nudity, pornography, sexual solicitation, sexually explicit conduct, harassment, threats, doxing, exploitation, abuse, illegal activity, fraud, hate, violence, dangerous conduct, or content that infringes another party's rights.

We may remove content, end streams, restrict features, suspend accounts, retain records, reverse balances, deny payouts, or report unlawful activity when we believe these Terms or platform safety rules have been violated.

Purchases, Seeds, and Creator Passes

Seeds are an account-backed digital balance used for gifts and fan actions. Creator Pass is purchased directly for a specific creator where that creator has enabled pass access.

A Creator Pass costs $9.99, provides 30 days of access for one creator, and does not renew automatically. Web purchases may be processed by Stripe; native in-app purchases are processed through the applicable app store. Digital balances and entitlements may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, payment reversals, accounting corrections, or Terms violations.

Moderation, Blocking, and Account Deletion

Users can report content and block other users. Creators may appoint channel-specific moderators where available. Weedit&Reap may apply platform-level moderation independently of creator or user actions.

We may use automated safety checks on user-submitted text and content metadata before publication. A high-confidence match may prevent publication and create an admin-only review record containing the matched policy signals, a content hash, and a limited excerpt. Automated checks do not by themselves permanently suspend or terminate an account; account penalties remain subject to human review.

You may delete your account from the profile privacy controls. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud, safety, moderation, or dispute purposes.
