Creator Rewards Policy
1. Seed Purchases and Gifts
Seeds are limited-use virtual items for Weedit&Reap features. Seeds are not money, stored value, property, a deposit, or a claim against Weedit&Reap. They cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged outside the Platform.
Sending a Gift uses the stated number of Seeds as a fan action. It does not transfer the purchaser's payment, store proceeds, or ownership of the Seeds to the creator.
2. Creator Reward Credits
An eligible Gift may create Creator Reward Credits under this separate rewards program. Reward Credits are internal accounting units, not virtual currency and not a cash balance.
Reward Credits = whole-number Gift Seed cost × creator Reward Factor, rounded down. The current reward rate is $0.0035 USD per eligible Reward Credit.
- Base Reward Factor: 70% — $0.00245 per eligible Gift Seed
- Community Builder Reward Factor: 72% — $0.00252 per eligible Gift Seed
- Established Reward Factor: 75% — $0.002625 per eligible Gift Seed
- Premier Reward Factor: 78% — $0.00273 per eligible Gift Seed
- Pioneer Reward Factor: 80% — $0.00280 per eligible Gift Seed
A Reward Factor is a rewards-program multiplier. It is not a percentage of Seed-sale revenue or of a particular Apple, Google Play, or web store transaction.
3. Eligibility and Exclusions
Only Gifts funded by eligible, cleared Seed purchases can create payable rewards. Test, sandbox, promotional, complimentary, fraudulent, self-directed, refunded, charged-back, disputed, reversed, or otherwise ineligible activity does not create a payable creator reward.
Weedit&Reap may correct clerical or technical errors, reverse ineligible credits, hold rewards during fraud or compliance review, and require account and identity verification before payout.
4. Payouts
The current minimum payout threshold is 5,000 eligible Reward Credits, equal to $17.50 USD at the current rate. Displayed amounts are estimates until the underlying activity is reconciled, eligible, approved, and included in an accepted payout request.
Payout timing, tax forms, withholding, reserves, payment-provider requirements, connected-account status, and manual review may apply.
Creator Pass purchases are direct-cash transactions governed by their separate terms and accounting. They are never converted to or from Seeds or Creator Reward Credits.
5. Policy Changes
This schedule remains in effect until a later published version replaces it. Material changes to Reward Factors or the reward rate will apply prospectively after notice.
Weedit&Reap will not reduce already-earned eligible Reward Credits solely because a later schedule changes, but may adjust them for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, errors, legal requirements, or violations of Platform rules.
